Pre-filter efficiency specifications should be reasonable
In the design of air conditioners, the efficiency of the last stage filter should be determined first according to the user's cleanliness requirements, and then the filter that plays a protective role should be selected. If this stage filter also needs to be protected, then add a filter on its upwind end. The protective filters are collectively referred to as "pre-filters".
The efficiencies of the filters at all levels should be properly matched. If the efficiency specifications of two adjacent filters differ too much, the former level will not be able to protect the latter level; if the difference between the two levels is not large, the latter level will be burdened too small.

The service life of the high-efficiency filter at the end of the clean room is 3 to 5 years, and the most important factor affecting the service life is the quality of the pre-filter.
The performance of the final filter should be reliable
When using the "G~F~H~U" efficiency specification classification, it is convenient to estimate the efficiency of the required filter. In G2~H12, set a filter every 2~4 levels, for example: G4→F7 →H10, among them, the terminal H10 (sub-high efficiency) filter determines the clean level of the air supply, F7 protects H10, and G4 protects F7.
Before the high-efficiency (HEPA) filter at the end of the clean room, there must be a filter with an efficiency specification not lower than F8 for protection; before the ultra-high-efficiency (ULPA) filter, F9-H11 filters can be used.Easy maintenance of primary filter
In areas with no wind and sand and low pollution, there is no need to install a pre-filter before the F7 filter; in urban central air-conditioning systems, G3-F6 are common primary filters.
