LEFILTER's integrated dust collection system for ceramic spray dryers is a masterclass in efficiency and product recovery. The system is a carefully balanced two-stage process. The first stage features our high-efficiency cyclones, engineered with optimized inlet designs and barrel diameters to achieve maximum centrifugal separation of the coarse ceramic body powder. This pre-collection stage significantly reduces the load on the second stage. The final filtration is handled by a pulse-jet baghouse equipped with specialized filter bags. For the often hygroscopic and slightly adhesive ceramic dust, we recommend and supply anti-static, PTFE-laminated filter media. This surface treatment prevents deep dust penetration, ensures easy cake release during the pulse cleaning cycle, and maintains a high, stable airflow. The entire system is controlled by an automated panel that synchronizes the operation of the dryer, fan, and cleaning mechanism for seamless performance.

The spray drying process atomizes a slurry of clay, feldspar, quartz, and other additives into a hot air stream, producing a free-flowing granular powder.
