Ⅰ. Classification of air filter cartridges

The filter materials of common air filter cartridges include ordinary polyester non-woven fabric, coated polyester non-woven fabric, anti-static polyester non-woven fabric, oil-proof and waterproof polyester non-woven fabric, and wood pulp fiber filter paper.

1. Ordinary polyester non-woven fabric

It is made of polyester fiber material, and the filtration accuracy is generally above 5 microns. It is applicable to the filtration of powder spraying, sandblasting, paint, wood, cement and other industries.

2. Coated polyester non-woven fabric

Imported PTFE-coated polyester filter material is used. The filter cartridge made of this material has a long service life, high filtration precision, and easier backflushing and dust removal. Under normal working conditions, it can reach 1-2 years. Scope of application: Filtration of welding fume, shot blasting, pharmaceutical, cement, tobacco, textile industry and other industries.

3. Anti-static polyester non-woven fabric

Anti-static polyester non-woven fabric is covered with a thin layer of conductive and breathable metal aluminum coating on the surface of the filter material to avoid static flashover. It is suitable for metal dust filtration and dust removal in explosion-proof conditions.

4. Oil-proof and waterproof polyester non-woven fabric

Oil-proof, waterproof and dust-proof treatment is to cover the fiber of the filter material with a layer of fluororesin to make the filter material resistant to oil, water and dirt. It is suitable for dust with high dust concentration, and it can also be used to dry dust with large particle size, and the effect is even better.

5. Wood pulp fiber filter paper

Wood pulp fiber composite filter paper is used, and its scope of application is to filter gas turbines, compressors, sandblasting, tobacco, fly ash, floating dust and other industries.

Ⅱ. the installation method of the air filter cartridge

1. The plastic fast card design adopts the bottom loading type, no need to open the upper cover, and the installation is convenient and quick.

2. Three-ear flange design, which can be installed from bottom or top, easy and quick to install.

3. Side-mounted chuck type installation, side-opening door, sliding rod type, convenient and quick maintenance.

4. Threaded installation, bottom-mounted, side-opening door, easy and quick installation.

5. Three-claw design, bottom-loading, side-opening door, no need to open the upper cover, easy and quick installation.

6. Bolt installation adopts bottom-loading structure with good sealing performance.

7. Through-hole installation, standardized design, high processing requirements for dust removal equipment, can replace related foreign products.

8. The design of the plum blossom cover adopts the hoisting type, which can be positioned quickly and has a good sealing effect.

Ⅲ. Daily maintenance of the air filter cartridge

1. The filter cartridge dust collector should be cleaned and maintained regularly. When the end pressure difference is twice the initial pressure difference, it is recommended to replace the filter cartridge.

2. The pulse blowback pressure should be set reasonably according to the requirements, and the pulse time and cycle should be reasonably designed to avoid "excessive dust cleaning" and shorten the service life of the filter cartridge.

3. It is not recommended to clean the filter cartridge with compressed air after disassembly. The dust holding capacity of the cleaned filter cartridge will be reduced by 20-40%, and the cleaning process will also cause secondary pollution to the surrounding environment.

4. When the air intake of the dust collector is significantly reduced, the filter cartridge should be replaced in time to avoid loss caused by long-term use.
