First, the classification of air filter cartridges

The filter materials of common air filter cartridges include ordinary polyester non-woven fabrics, coated polyester non-woven fabrics, anti-static 

polyester non-woven fabrics, oil-proof and waterproof polyester non-woven fabrics, and wood pulp fiber filter paper.

1. Ordinary polyester non-woven fabric

Made of polyester fiber material, the filtration accuracy is generally more than 5 microns, and the scope of application: powder spraying, 

sandblasting operations, pigments, wood, cement and other industries of filtration.

2. Coated polyester non-woven fabric

Using imported PTFE coated polyester filter material, the material makes the filter cartridge with long service life, high filtration accuracy, easier 

blowback cleaning, and up to 1-2 years under general working conditions. Scope of application: welding fumes, shot peening casting, 

pharmaceutical, cement, tobacco, textile industry and other industries of filtration.

3. Anti-static polyester non-woven fabric

Anti-static polyester non-woven fabric is covered with a thin conductive and breathable metal aluminum coating on the surface of the filter material 

to avoid electrostatic jumping, which is suitable for metal dust filtration and explosion-proof working conditions dust removal.

4. Oilproof and waterproof polyester non-woven fabric

Oilproof, waterproof, dustproof treatment is to cover the filter material fiber with a layer of fluororesin to make the filter material have the function 

of oil and water resistance and anti-fouling, dust is not easy to adhere, blowback cleaning is easier. It is suitable for dust with large dust 

concentration, and can also be used to dry dust with large particle size, and the effect is more.

5. Wood pulp fiber filter paper

Using wood pulp fiber composite filter paper, the scope of application: gas turbine, compressor, sandblasting, tobacco, fly ash, dust and other 

industries of filtration.

Second, the installation method of the air filter cartridge

1. Plastic fast card design, using the lower type, no need to open the upper cover, easy and fast installation.

2. Three-ear flange design, can adopt bottom-mounted or top-mounted type, easy and quick installation.

3. Side installation chuck installation, side opening door, sliding rod type, convenient and fast maintenance.

4. Threaded installation, using bottom-mounted type, side opening door, easy and fast installation.

5. Three-jaw design, using the bottom type, side open door, no need to open the upper cover, easy and fast installation.

6. Bolt installation, using bottom-mounted structure, good sealing performance.

7. Through hole installation, standardized design, high requirements for dust removal equipment processing, can replace foreign related products.

8. Plum blossom cover design, using hoisting type, fast positioning, good sealing effect.

Third, the daily maintenance of air filter cartridge

1. The filter cartridge dust collector should be cleaned and maintained regularly, when the termination pressure difference is 2 times the initial 

pressure difference, it is recommended to replace the filter cartridge.

2. The pulse blowback pressure should be reasonably set according to the requirements, and the pulse time and cycle should be reasonably 

designed to avoid "excessive cleaning" and shorten the service life of the filter cartridge.

3. It is not recommended to disassemble the filter cartridge and clean the filter cartridge with compressed gas, the dust holding capacity of the 

cleaned filter cartridge will be reduced by 20-40%, and the cleaning process also forms secondary pollution to the surrounding environment.

4. When the inlet air volume of the dust collector is significantly reduced, the filter cartridge should be replaced in time to avoid long-term use and 

cause losses.
