When the ring springs back to its original circular shape, a crisp "snap" sound can be heard, at which point the bag opening insert is tightly secured to the tube sheet opening. The filter bag opening and the tube sheet opening must be tightly fitted, and the filter bag should not rotate within the tube sheet opening.

However, many details must be considered in the manufacturing of the bag opening expansion ring; otherwise, it will not only fail to provide easy installation but may also cause dust leakage or even bag detachment due to improper fit.

Good bag opening rings are made of stainless steel strips, with polished edges that are free of sharp edges or burrs.
