Industrial dust collector filter cartridges can filter dust from the air, featuring high filtration efficiency, simple installation, and convenient maintenance. 

They offer advantages such as high filtration accuracy, good waterproof and oil-proof performance, low resistance, large air volume handling capacity, good rigidity, resistance to deformation, washability, and long service life.

Currently, dust collector filter cartridges mainly use the following filter materials:

1. PET polyester non-woven fabric: This material has strong waterproof performance, acid and alkali resistance, high filtration accuracy, high filtration efficiency, and low operating resistance. 

Compared with traditional filter materials, it has higher wear resistance. It can be cleaned by pulse backflushing and other methods, and can be repeatedly washed with water without damaging the filter material, resulting in a long service life.

2. PTFE coated polyester non-woven fabric: This material features high accuracy and low resistance, and is used for flue gas filtration, insulation, and high and low-temperature resistance.

3. Wood pulp fiber filter paper: This material has flame-retardant properties. Advantages: prevents the filter cartridge from burning, large filtration area, small pore size, large air permeability, low resistance, and high efficiency. 

Disadvantages: cannot be washed with water, and the service life is relatively short, depending on the operating environment.

4. Anti-static polyester fiber: This material has anti-static functions and is mainly used in applications requiring anti-static aluminum film treatment. 

Anti-static aluminum film treatment involves covering the surface of the filter material with an extremely thin conductive and breathable metal aluminum coating, providing anti-static discharge and explosion-proof effects.
