Standard Steps for Replacing Dust Filter Bags

Replacing filter bags correctly is crucial to ensuring dust removal efficiency and equipment safety. 

The standard steps are as follows, with emphasis on safety and standardization:

1. Safety preparation: 

Stop the dust collector and all auxiliary equipment (fan, air compressor, ash discharge device); cut off the total power supply and hang a "no operation" sign to prevent accidental start-up. 

Wear personal protective equipment (mask, gloves, protective clothing) to avoid dust harm.

2. Disassemble and take out old bags: 

Open the access door of the dust collector; hold the filter bag cage with both hands and pull it out gently (avoid scratching the bag); take out the old filter bag from the cage and put it into a sealed bag for centralized disposal.

3. Inspect and clean the cage: 

Check the filter bag cage for deformation, corrosion, and fracture; replace damaged cages in a timely manner. Wipe the cage surface with a clean cloth to remove dust and avoid scratching new bags.

4. Install new filter bags: 

Put the new filter bag into the cage, ensure the bag is flat and not folded; insert the cage with the bag into the flower plate, and fix the upper and lower ports of the bag firmly (ensure tight sealing to avoid air leakage).

5. Post-installation inspection:

 After installing all new bags, close the access door; check whether the installation is firm and whether there are any loose bags or air leakage points.

6. Test operation: 

Turn on the power supply, start the dust collector according to the standard procedure; observe the pressure difference and dust removal effect. If the pressure difference is stable (1200-1500Pa) and there is no dust leakage, the replacement is successful.
