When the dirty air came into the pneumatic equipment, the dust will fall on the fan blade,  which will cause the rotor unbalance and decrese the precision, shorten the equipment work life. Also the bad chemical component in the dirty air will cause the equipment rusty. So, we need to equip the high precision air filter for the pneumatic equipment.
 
The main body of the self-cleanig air filter is divided by a tube sheet into two parts.
The lower body is called dirty air plenum, the upper body is called clean air plenum.
 
When the dirty air came into the self-cleanig air filter, the dust will leave on the cartridge surface, the filtered air go into the clean air plenum and then through the outlet pipe into the air compressor or gas turbine, etc.
 
As the dust left on the cartridge became more and more, the resistance will increase, when arrived at the set value, the pulse-cleaning system will start the auto-opearion. The dust will fall off the cartridge and the resitance will decrese to restore the filter performance.
 
Suitable for the pneumatic equipment, like gas turbine, air compressor, furnace blower, oxygenerator.
