Instruction Manual for Air Box Pulse Baghouse Dust Collector
1. Overview
The air box pulse baghouse integrates reverse air and pulse jet cleaning, featuring large air volume, ≥99.9% efficiency, stable operation, and easy maintenance.
Used in mining, metallurgy, and other industries, it treats high-concentration, large-air-volume dust. Components include: box, filter bags, cages, air box, pulse/solenoid valves, air bag, ash hopper, and fan.
Working principle: dusty gas enters, large particles fall into the ash hopper, fine dust is captured by the bags, clean gas is discharged, and the bags are cleaned by pulse jet, with dust discharged through the ash device.
2. Pre-Start Inspection
Conduct a comprehensive inspection before start-up:
1. Filter bags/cages: ensure they are intact, correctly installed, and tightly sealed.
2. Cleaning system: check that valves and the air bag are intact, with no air leakage or blockage; ensure pipelines are unobstructed and pressure gauges are accurate.
3. Ash hopper/discharge: ensure there are no obstacles; check that the valve/conveyor is intact, with no jamming or leakage; ensure the pipe is unobstructed.
4. Fan: check for abnormal vibration or noise; ensure the belt is tight, there is sufficient clean lubricant, and rotation is correct.
5. Seals: ensure access doors and inlets/outlets are sealed; check that gaskets are intact.
6. Electrical system: ensure normal power supply and wiring; check that control panel indicators are correct and the emergency stop button is sensitive.
3. Start-Up Operation
Start the equipment after a normal inspection:
1. Turn on the control panel power and check the system and indicators.
2. Start the air compressor, adjust the pressure to 0.5-0.7MPa, and check for air leakage.
3. Start the fan, wait 5 minutes for it to stabilize, and check current, vibration, and noise.
4. Start the ash discharge device and check for normal operation and no leakage.
5. Start pulse cleaning: set the frequency (30-60s/time) and duration (0.1-0.3s/time), and check valve operation.
6. After 10-15 minutes of stable operation, slowly open the flue gas valve to allow dusty gas to enter uniformly.
