Product Introduction:
LEFILTER's solution for robotic welding automation consists of custom-engineered enclosures with integrated fume extraction. The enclosure, built from industrial-grade panels with clear viewing windows, physically contains the welding arc and fumes. The extraction system is a high-vacuum, low-volume (HVLV) design featuring a centrifugal fan specifically selected for the high static pressure needed to pull fumes through capture arms or slotted hoods. The filtration unit uses long-life, fire-retardant cartridge filters with nanofiber media for exceptional capture of sub-micron metallic oxides (e.g., hexavalent chromium, manganese, zinc). The system is fully automated, synchronizing with the robot's welding cycle.
