This large centrifugal fan manufacturing enterprise is mainly engaged in sheet metal welding work. A large amount of smoke and dust generated in the welding process needs to be dealt with in time, otherwise it will affect the environment and employee occupational health, and the environmental protection acceptance also needs to be passed. In the later stage, the customer comes to us through various ways. We designed 8 manual welding stations for its industrial dust control scheme design work.

 
The whole design of industrial dust control scheme adopts the mobile universal suction arm for air suction, with a total of 8 manual working positions. The designed air volume for each working position is 1000m3/h. We designed the suction arm for the easy operation and the expanded horn for the dust collection smoothly.
The pipe adopts 1-2mm galvanized spiral air duct to transport the smoke and dust more smoothly.
Finally the collected smoke and dust were send to the welding smoke dust collector for filtration. The pipeline flow rate is required as 16-18m/s.
 
The dust cartridge collector is designed as vertical installation for convenient maintenance. The filter material is fireproof and flame retardant.
The total air volume is designed as 8000m3/h, the pressure loss is designed as 2500Pa, using 11KW centrifugal fan as the power source.
We equipped with a mobile collection bucket for the easy dust collecting and cleaning.
The chimney is designed to be about 2m higher than the roof according to the EIA standards, and the total height is guaranteed to be 15m. The selection of filter cartridge in industrial dust control is the core of the whole system, including quantity and material, etc.
 
The smoke dust collector system is in normal operation and we have done training and debugging work for customer. Finally, it passed the comprehensive acceptance of all departments of the owner, and passed the acceptance of environmental protection smoothly, in line with the enterprise and environmental protection standards.
