Fabrication and Installation Process of Baghouse Dust Collector

The fabrication and installation process of a baghouse dust collector is as follows:

Pre-fabrication Preparation

1. Design and calculation: Design and calculate the dimensions, filtration area and air volume of the baghouse dust collector according to customer requirements and working conditions.

2. Material preparation: Prepare various materials required for the dust collector, such as glass fiber filter bags, filter bag cages, dust collector housings and fans.

Fabrication Process

3. Cutting of fiber filter bags: Cut glass fiber filter bags to the corresponding sizes according to the designed dimensions of the dust collector.

4. Sewing of filter bags: Sew the cut filter bags into the required shapes and dimensions by a sewing machine.

5. Fabrication of filter bag cages: Fabricate filter bag cages of corresponding dimensions according to the sizes and models of the filter bags, which are usually made of metal materials.

6. Filter bag installation: Mount the fabricated filter bags on the filter bag cages, ensuring a tight connection without air leakage.

7. Dust collector assembly: Install the filter bag cages with mounted filter bags into the dust collector housing, ensure accurate positioning and fix them with bolts.

8. Fan installation: Connect the fan to the dust collector to ensure it can provide sufficient air volume and pressure.

9. Piping system installation: Install the inlet and outlet pipes as well as branch pipes according to the requirements of the workplace, and connect the baghouse dust collector to the workplace.

10. Control system installation: Install the control system of the dust collector, which usually includes a differential pressure controller and a discharge system.

Post-fabrication Commissioning and Testing

11. Differential pressure test: Supply the working air volume to the dust collector and measure the differential pressure on the filter bag surface to ensure the working effect of the dust collector meets the requirements.

12. Troubleshooting and debugging: Conduct a comprehensive inspection and test of the dust collector to identify and resolve potential problems.

13. System debugging: Debug the control system of the dust collector to ensure its normal operation and compliance with requirements.

14. Operation test: Conduct a period of operation test on the dust collector to check its performance under different working conditions.

15. Delivery for use: After the above fabrication and debugging steps, the baghouse dust collector is ready for delivery to the customer to provide a clean working environment.
