For the container production enterprises, the main pollution source is from the production line and spraying of butyl acetate, butyl alcohol, benzene, toluene, xylene, benzene and other volatile organic waste gas.
According to the user’s requirement and the plant actual condition, Lefilter provided a set of waste gas treatment plan.
1. Five machines of the pretreatment production line share a set of exhaust gas treatment system, using two-stage filtration + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion desorption process, with a total disposal air volume of 60,000 m3/h;
2. The primer room and the finish room of the special container B production line share a set of exhaust gas treatment system, which adopts the process of water washing + dehydration device + two-stage filtration + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion desorption. The total disposal air volume is 100,000 m3/h.
3. There are 10 sets of treatment systems in the primer room, interior paint precoating room, middle paint room and finish paint room of the special container A production line, each with A treatment air volume of 35,000 m3/h. By adopting the dehydration device + filtration + activated carbon adsorption process, the total treatment air volume is 140,000 m3/h.
4. There are 10 sets of treatment systems for the standard container production line with the air volume of 35,000 m3/h*2 in the primer room, 50,000 m3/h*2 in the interior paint room, 50,000 m3/h*2 in the middle paint room, 50,000 m3/h*4 in the finish paint room, and the dehydration device is adopted + filtration + carbon tank process, the total disposal air volume is 470,000 m3/h.
