PTFE Coated Filter Cartridge Introduction

After being coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), it possesses the following characteristics:

1. Non-stickiness: Almost all substances do not adhere to the PTFE coating. Even a very thin film shows excellent non-adhesion!

2. Heat resistance: PTFE coatings have excellent heat and low-temperature resistance. They can withstand high temperatures up to 300℃ for short periods, and can be used continuously between 240℃ and 260℃. It has significant thermal stability and can operate at freezing temperatures without becoming brittle and does not melt at high temperatures.

3. Sliding properties: PTFE coatings have a low coefficient of friction. The coefficient of friction changes under load, but the value is only between 0.05 and 0.15.

4. Moisture resistance: The surface of the PTFE coating does not stick to water and oil, and is not easily contaminated by solutions during production operations. If a small amount of dirt adheres, it can be easily removed by simple wiping. This reduces downtime, saves labor, and improves work efficiency.

5. Wear resistance: Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, it possesses the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-adhesion.

6. Corrosion resistance: PTFE is almost unaffected by chemicals and can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
