What Working Conditions Are Baghouse Dust Collectors Suitable for?


Baghouse dust collectors adopt compartment offline pulse jet cleaning technology, which overcomes the drawbacks of reverse air cleaning and conventional pulse jet cleaning. 

They boast strong dust cleaning capacity, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, minimal air leakage, low energy consumption, a small footprint, and stable and reliable operation.


This series of dust collectors is particularly suitable for scenarios including dust removal of calcium carbide furnaces and various electric furnaces in ferroalloy plants, flue gas purification in steel plants, 

dust removal of coal-fired boilers and small power plant boilers, dust removal of waste incinerators, high-temperature flue gas dust removal in smelters, flue gas purification in aluminum plants, 

dust removal at the kiln inlet and outlet of cement rotary kilns, and tail gas dust removal in carbon black plants. Their applications are characterized by high-temperature and large flue gas volume working conditions.
