A large amount of dust is generated during the batching, mixing, calendering, and vulcanization processes in rubber product processing. 

The harmful dust that workers are exposed to during production is mainly talc dust and carbon black dust. Long-term inhalation can lead to talc pneumoconiosis and carbon black pneumoconiosis. 

To improve the working environment and reduce the harm of dust to human health, it was decided to adopt a centralized cartridge dust collector to ensure that emission standards are met.

Equipment Configuration and Requirements To meet production needs while reducing maintenance costs and facilitating repairs, the project aims to improve equipment stability and safety, achieving high dust collection efficiency. 

This project utilizes a Lefilter LFXC-6-3 type inclined cartridge dust collector, an 18-channel pulse controller, a screw conveyor, a detachable maintenance platform, and dust collection accessories.

The total height of the inclined cartridge dust collector should not exceed 3.6 meters (factory height 5 meters), and the length should not exceed 3.5 meters. 

The filter cartridges are made of antistatic polyester cloth, and the dust concentration in the treated exhaust gas should be ≤10mg/m³.
