After the hopper-top dust collector is put into operation, a dedicated person should be assigned for management and maintenance. They should be familiar with the working principle and technical performance of the dust collector, master the adjustment and maintenance methods, and conduct regular inspections on each shift. Records of operation should also be established. 

2. The oil-water separator, filter, air storage tank and air reservoir of the compressed air system should be drained once or twice. 

The filter materials for compressed air should be replaced every 2 to 6 months. 

4. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be cleaned once every three months and the worn parts should be replaced. 

All types of rubber seals should be replaced regularly. 5 

6. If there is any dust coming out from the exhaust port, check whether the filter bag has fallen off or is damaged, and whether the bolts (or Venturi tubes) are loose. 

Check if the heated material has aged. (You can open the upper cover to inspect.) 

7. If after each cleaning operation, you notice that the exhaust port is still emitting dust, it indicates that the cleaning process is too intense. In this case, you should adjust the cleaning schedule. 

8. The integrity of the filter bags should be checked regularly (once every three months). If any damage is found, they should be replaced or repaired immediately. When repairing, the same material as the filter bag should be used for patching; it is strictly prohibited to only sew the edges together with thread. For 1 to 2 years. 

9. Regularly keep the dust collector body clean. If there are any damaged areas on the paint, they should be repaired promptly. The surface should be painted at least every two years.
