HMC series pulse stand-alone bag filter is a kind of small bag filter. It adopts cylindrical filter bag, self-contained system fan, pulse blowing ash cleaning method, with high purification efficiency, good ash cleaning effect, low resistance, long life of the filter bag, easy maintenance, safe and reliable operation of the advantages. Widely used in metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, mining and other industries, a variety of process systems for dust removal and purification and material recovery.
Structure:
HMC pulse single-machine bag filter consists of filtration chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, flap valve, pulse blowing device, system fan, electric control box and other components.

Working Principle:
The dusty gas enters the filtering chamber from the ash hopper (or the lower open flange), the coarse particles fall into the ash hopper or ash bin directly, the finer particles of dusty gas rises to the surface of the filter bag, filtered by the filter bag, the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean room through the mouth of the bag, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the system fan. As filtration continues, the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag increases, resulting in equipment resistance rises to a set value (generally 1200Pa), time relay (or differential pressure controller) output signal, the programmable instrument began to work in sequence to open the pulse valve, so that high-pressure compressed air through the line of the spout instantaneous high-speed nozzle sprayed into the filter bag, the high-speed reverse airflow so that the bag is suddenly swollen, adhered to the bag surface of the dust falls off into the dust hopper. The dust attached to the surface of the bag will fall off and fall into the dust hopper (or dust bin). The dust is discharged from the flap valve or ash conveyor. Blowback cleaning process sequentially blowing single row of filter bags, other bags are still in the filtration state.
