The dust volume of a coating plant is relatively large, and the customer wants to solve the problem of large dust volume in the workshop, and the
customer requires the equipment to run without stopping, otherwise the start-up operation time will be very long. After understanding these
customer needs, our technical engineers made a pre-analysis of possible response situations. The increase in dust thickness on the surface of the
non-stop filter media, and the increase in the resistance of the dust collector will lead to a decrease in the dust removal efficiency. Considering the
actual needs of customers, we provide customers with professional design solutions.
Design schemes
When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag through the pulse valve through the small hole on the nozzle pipe, ejecting a
high-pressure induced air flow, thereby forming an induced air flow equivalent to 1-2 times the volume of the induced air flow, together into the
filter element, so that the filter element appears instantaneous positive pressure and produces bulging and micro-vibration, so that the dust
deposited on the filter material falls off and falls into the ash hopper. The surface of the filter element is clean, and the dust removal work is
sustainable and efficient without downtime.

According to the above conditions, considering that the coating plant has a relatively large amount of dust, and the equipment should not stop
running, to ensure dust removal efficiency, and at the same time to meet the factors of energy saving and high efficiency, three AT-XLC8-5 filter
cartridge dust collectors were selected.
