Correct installation process of dust removal filter bag
During the operation of the dust removal system, users pay more attention to the service life and efficiency of the dust collector, and usually neglect the safety problems and daily maintenance of the bag. Do daily maintenance, timely troubleshooting, dust removal equipment can be more stable and efficient work. The following are the parts of bag filter that need to be checked and the common faults and troubleshooting.
Common faults and troubleshooting of bag filter:
1、 High differential pressure of dust collector
The main causes and solutions are as follows
Pressure difference reading error: clean the pressure measuring interface / check the air pipe for cracks / check the pressure difference meter.
Incorrect injection system setting: increasing injection frequency / compressed air pressure is too low; Increase the pressure / check the dryer, clean (if necessary) / check the pipe for blockage.
Injection valve failure: check diaphragm valve / control solenoid valve.
Pulse controller failure: check whether the controller indicates each contact / check the output of each terminal.
Filter bag blockage: condensation on the filter bag; Send the filter bag to the laboratory for analysis. Filter bag drying and ash cleaning treatment / or replacement / reducing air volume / increasing compressed air pressure / adding ash cleaning frequency / spraying neutral powder to form protective layer and porous primary cake.
Excessive secondary dust: continuously empty the ash hopper / each row of filter bags / filter cartridge, and clean the ash in random sequence instead of sequence. Check the inlet baffle to make sure it is clean.
2、 Air volume too high
The main causes and solutions are as follows
Pipe leakage: fill in cracks.
Insufficient static pressure: close the air valve. Reduce the fan speed.
3、 Ash emission from chimney
The main causes and solutions are as follows
Filter bag leakage: replace if the filter bag is torn or has small holes. Check the spring coil installation to make sure it is tight.
Pattern board leakage: caulking or weld.
No enough dust cake: reduce the pressure of compressed air; Reduce dust cleaning frequency / spray neutral powder to produce primary dust cake.
Excessive porosity in filter bag or filter cartridge: conduct permeability test on filter bag or filter cartridge and consult the manufacturer.
4、 The fan vibrates seriously
The main causes and solutions are as follows
Ash deposition on wheel blades: clean the dust on wheel blades and check whether the fan handles excessive dust. Check fan installation position / drain condensate or moisture / keep fan dry.
Fan impeller is not suitable for working conditions: consult the manufacturer.
Uneven pulley: the pulley is used for power balance.
Bearing wear: replace.
5、 Low compressed air pressure
The main causes and solutions are as follows
High consumption of compressed air: see above.
Intratracheal resistance: check whether the trachea is blocked.
Dryer blockage: replace the desiccant or bypass the dryer if the working conditions permit.
Compressor wear: consult the manufacturer or check the compressor maintenance manual.
6、 Filter bag decomposition
The main causes and solutions are as follows
The filter material is not suitable for this condition: analyze the chemical properties of the gas and consult the filter bag or filter cartridge manufacturer.
Filter material is not suitable for gas composition: the gas is treated before entering the dust collector; Or replace the filter bag or filter cartridge.
Operating at acid dew point temperature: increase gas temperature.
7、 Excessive wear of filter bag
The main causes and solutions are as follows
The current sharing baffle is worn out: replace the current sharing baffle.
Excessive dust: install primary dust collector.
Cleaning cycle frequency: extend the cycle time.
The inlet air flow is not properly equalized by the filter bag or filter cartridge: consult the manufacturer.
Dust in air purification room / flower board: clean flower board and inside of filter bag or filter cartridge; Make fluorescence test to find the leakage point.
Burr / corrosion on cage (if used): remove smooth burr; Replace if necessary. In case of corrosion, cage with anti-corrosion coating shall be considered.
8、 The emission concentration exceeds the standard
The main causes and solutions are as follows
The causes are as follows
Damaged filter bag of dust collector: repair and replace the filter bag. The outer diameter of the bag cage and the inner diameter of the filter bag should keep a certain distance.
Dust leakage: find out the cause, deal with it and reduce the filtering wind speed.
Too long injection time or frequent dust cleaning: reduce injection time and increase dust cleaning cycle.
Dust removal is too strong, resulting in secondary dust: reduce the intensity of dust removal.
The structure design of some air bags is unreasonable, and the air leakage occurs in the installation of pulse valve. At the site, the box body and ash hopper should be appropriately increased to ensure that the inclination angle of ash hopper is not less than 60 degrees. For places with high humidity of flue gas and sticky dust, the vibrator should be installed at the ash hopper of dust collector to prevent ash deposition, especially in the humid weather in South China.
