Installation steps:
Step 1: before installation, clean the flower board and clean gas chamber, connect compressed air to blow the dust inside clean gas chamber into ash hopper or open bow fan to discharge the dust into outlet flue.
Step 2: transport the whole box of filter bags into the clean air chamber through the manhole door. It must be transported in the whole box, otherwise the filter bag is easy to be scratched. The filter bags of the whole box are stacked neatly in Jingjing.
Step 3: distribute protective cover for filter bag installation to the workers who install the filter bag, as shown in the figure on the right.
Step 4: put the filter bag into the hole of the flower board.
Step 5. Put the filter bag into the protective cover of the filter bag by two people.
Step 6: put all the filter bags into the hole of the flower board and take out the protective cover. Bend the elastic ring of the filter bag with both hands, align the groove of the outer bag mouth with the edge of the flower plate hole (the stitching part of the bag C first contacts with the flower plate hole), make uniform contact and play back gradually, and the bag ring and the flower plate are tightly attached and tensioned
Tight and even. Make the elastic groove of the filter bag even contact with the edge of the flower plate hole, usually you can hear a "pa" sound, which means that the filter bag mouth has been clamped tightly with the flower plate hole. If it is not clamped tightly, you can press it tightly by hand, or tap it tightly with a rubber hammer
Tension. The filter bag that is not fully clamped is easy to drop after the dust collector is put into operation.
Step 7: install from the tail end of the injection pipe to the manhole door row by row, so as to prevent the workers from stepping on the elastic clamp ring of the filter bag.
Step 8. If the bag cage cannot be installed immediately after a filter bag is installed, protective measures should be taken for the bag cage in time. It is suggested that the paper shell of the filter bag be folded into two layers and covered on the mouth of the filter bag. This is to protect the mouth of the filter bag Stop the worker's foot deformation.
Matters needing attention:
Due to the characteristics of the filter bag itself, the filter bag is afraid of fire and water. Therefore, pay attention to protect the filter bag in the whole process of filter bag installation. Avoid the filter bag being scratched by the manhole door, the beam in the bag area, the nozzle of the injection pipe, etc; It is necessary to avoid stepping on the filter bag mouth; It is necessary to educate workers in civilized construction, and firmly prohibit workers from smoking, defecating and defecating in the process of filter bag installation; Should avoid paper, welding rod and other things into the filter bag, if there is falling in, should be taken out in time.
