working principle:

The air compressed from the main engine head of the compressor entrains oil droplets of different sizes. Large oil droplets are easy to separate through the oil-gas separation tank, while small oil droplets (suspended) must pass through the micron glass fiber filter of the oil-gas separation filter element. material for filtration. Correct selection of glass fiber diameter and thickness is an important factor to ensure the filtering effect. After the oil mist is intercepted by the filter material, diffused and aggregated, the small oil droplets quickly aggregate into large oil droplets, pass through the filter layer under the action of pneumatic and gravity, and settle at the bottom of the filter element. These oils are imported through the oil return pipe in the bottom recess of the filter element, and continuously return to the lubrication system, so that the compressor discharges relatively pure and high-quality compressed air.

Precautions for replacing the filter element:

When the pressure difference between the two ends of the oil-gas separation filter element reaches 0.15MPa, it should be replaced; when the pressure difference is 0, it indicates that the filter element is faulty or the air flow has been short-circuited, and the filter element should be replaced at this time. The general replacement time is 3000~4000 hours, if the environment is poor, its service time will be shortened.

When installing the oil return pipe, it must be ensured that the pipe is inserted into the bottom of the filter element. Pay attention to electrostatic discharge when replacing the oil and gas separator, and connect the inner metal mesh with the outer shell of the oil drum.
