What maintenance tips do you have? Let's take a look:

1. Check and replace old filter elements
When winter comes, check the filter cartridge or filter bag. When you find any old and damaged filter elements, replace them immediately, and don’t wait until mid-winter to replace them in the cold wind.
2. Check and replace the calibration differential pressure gauge
During use, it is easy to forget this small meter, but the meter reading must be kept accurate. Under certain circumstances, the differential pressure gauge must be calibrated in time to ensure accurate readings.
3. Check the heater, solenoid valve, heat insulation film
If you are in a cold area and have heaters on your pulse valves, keep them from freezing, and special inspections and preventive maintenance are necessary to make sure they are working properly and save time later.
Check compressed air hoses: Cold air can make hoses brittle and may rupture, so if your compressed air hose has any weak spots or looks badly worn, replace them promptly.
4. Check the sealing ring and gasket
As with hoses, cold air can crack or leak seals and gaskets, and if any of them need to be replaced, it needs to be replaced before the weather turns cold to avoid downtime due to accidental leaks.
5. Check the top of the dust collector + accumulated dust
Check the top of the dust collector box: the top of the dust collector box will accumulate rain and snow in winter, check whether the box is rusted or damaged due to weather and other reasons.
Sweep off accumulated dust: If the dust collector is not running frequently or if the dust collector is installed outdoors, especially on a high place or a flat surface, periodically sweep the accumulated dust from the surface of the dust collector.
It can be seen that the dust collector is also afraid of "cold", so when running the dust collector, we must do a good job of maintenance, which can not only prolong the service life of the equipment, but also reduce the pollution to the atmosphere during the production process!
