The PPC air box pulse bag dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency dust collector with the first selection level, which combines the advantages of chamber-level backflushing and pulse jet dust removal, and overcomes the simultaneous pulse jet dust removal and filtration. Application RangeEdit

PPC air box pulse bag filter has four series and 33 specifications, the filter area is from 93m2 to 4361m2, and the processing air volume is from 69003/h to 314000m3/h. It is widely used in building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical formula and refractory Materials industry; especially used for dust collection systems (or dust removal systems) of crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder separation, packaging, warehouse roof, clinker cooler, etc. in cement plants; also suitable for coal mill dust collection, but Adding anti-flammation and explosion-proof measures, the structure of the dust collector should also be changed accordingly, and it can also be applied to dust collection of gases with extremely high dust concentration, such as the coal mill system with O-Sepa powder separator, the dust concentration of the gas is as high as 1000g/m3 (standard) above, it is not necessary to install a cyclone dust collector for pre-collecting dust. For the severe cold area in northern China, this dust collector can also be applied after adding a thermal insulation device.

This is an assembled type of chamber structure, and the pulse valve on the top of the chamber performs pulse cleaning of the filter bags in each chamber in turn by stopping the air box in the chamber (that is, the so-called off-line dust removal). It is different from the dust removal of the general jet dust collector. The jet pulse dust removal is to only perform jet dust removal on each row of filter bags in the same filter room (so-called online dust removal), while the other rows The filter bag is still filtering. That is to say, dust removal and filtration are mixed in one room at the same time, and the dust under the dust removal will fly up for the second time, and part of it will be collected by the adjacent filter bag, which is not conducive to the filtration of gas with high dust concentration. The PPC air box pulse bag filter is carried out in a room where the valve is closed and the filter is stopped. The cleaned dust will settle down in the ash half without secondary flying, which is very beneficial to filter the gas with high dust concentration. Moreover, the filter bag in one chamber can be replaced without stopping the machine.

The air box pulse dust collector is divided into four series according to the number of bags: 32 bags/room, 64 bags/room, 96 bags/room, and 128 bags/room. Each series is divided into different specifications according to the number of rooms. There are 33 kinds in total. Its structure is detailed in the attached selection diagram, which consists of the following parts:

(1) Shell part: including clean room (or gas purification box, box), filter room, compartment partition, inspection door and shell structure. The cleaning room is equipped with a lift valve and a flower plate, and a short blowing pipe; the filter room is equipped with a filter and its skeleton.

(2) Ash hopper and ash unloading mechanism: There are ash hoppers and according to different series and different imported dust concentrations, screw conveyors, air conveying chutes and rigid impeller unloaders (ash unloading valves) are set respectively.

(3) Air inlet and outlet box body: including air inlet and outlet pipes and intermediate partitions. The single-row (or single-row) structure is arranged on one side of the shell, and the double-row (or double-row) structure is arranged in the middle of the shell: the 32 series is small and has no box, and the air inlet and outlet pipes are respectively connected to the ash hopper and the clean room .

(4) Pulse cleaning device: including pulse valve, air bag, cylinder for lift valve and solenoid valve, etc.

(5) Compressed air pipelines and decompression devices, oil-water separators, lubricators, etc.

(6) Pillars and vertical cage ladders and railings.

working principle

The dust-laden gas enters from the air inlet of the dust collector into and out of the air box (the 32 series enters from the ash hopper) and turns to the ash hopper through the inclined partition. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down. The fine dust particles enter the filter chamber upwards along with the air flow, and the dust adheres to the surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper cleaning room through the filter bag, and is collected by each sub-cleaning room through the air outlet. The main fan of the dust collection system Suction and exhaust into the atmosphere.

As the filtration process continues, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the resistance of the airflow also gradually increases. When a certain resistance value is reached (for example, 1770Pa), it can be manually controlled according to the need, or it can be automatically controlled to close the poppet valve of the first sub-chamber of the dust collector through a fixed or regular dust-cleaning program electric control instrument, and cut off the passage through the filter chamber. Then open the high-pressure compressed air released by the electromagnetic pulse valve to perform pulse jet cleaning on all the filter bags in the first sub-chamber air box (stop air to clean the dust), so that each filter bag suddenly bulges, thereby shaking the bag The dust accumulated on the surface will restore the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the bag to the starting state, and the dust will not settle enough to be discharged from the ash hopper. Then the program controller will open the lift valve at a specified interval to resume the filtration of the first chamber, and then start the second chamber. The lift valve closes the filtered air flow in the second chamber, opens the electromagnetic pulse valve in the second chamber to release high-pressure compressed air, and performs stop-air pulse jetting to clean all filter bags in the second chamber and clean the dust on the filter bags in the second chamber. After that, the program controller opens the poppet valve of the second compartment to resume the filtration of the second compartment. Afterwards, according to the pre-specified electronic control program, the filter bags in the third sub-chamber, the third sub-chamber, etc. will be blown and dust-cleaned until the last sub-chamber is cleaned, then the electric control device will be turned off, and the dust collector will resume formal filtration and dust collection. The time of air stop and blowing of the filter bag, the interval between chambers, and the cleaning cycle are controlled by the program controller, and each time is adjustable.
