2. Basic principles of organizational work
The dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet or enters the filter bag room through the exposed Airy mouth. The dust-laden gas passes through the filter bag filter and enters the clean air chamber as clean air, and then passes through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber. , sucked out by the filling machine. Dust accumulates on the outer layer of the filter bag and increases rapidly, causing the air resistance of the bag filter to rise rapidly. Dust cleaning is performed by the computer system device intermittently starting the pulse valve, so that the air bag is filled with air (0.5~0.7MPa), which is exuded from the nesting spider lining (called a wind) and mediated by the Venturi tube ten times. The surrounding air of a wind (called the secondary wind) enters the filter bag and shrinks rapidly in an instant, and with the opposite direction of the air flow, it is free to dust, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. The dust collection room is equipped with two rows of dust cleaning pulse valves, and then the pulse valves enter in order to pour high-speed rotating air into the filter bags on each side, causing the bags to become silver for a moment, so as to remove the dust on the surface of the filter bags. The pulse DAT160 length and cleaning cycle of each dust collection room are controlled by a special dust cleaning programmable computer system.
